はじめまして！
北欧文化交流団体Velkommen（ヴェルコンメン）です！このたび、一般社団法人スウェーデン社会研究所の学生部「Sweäters」に並ぶ、2つ目の学生部として活動を開始することをご報告いたします！
私たちは2024年9月に発足し、サーモンやオーロラだけではないノルウェーの多彩な魅力を、より多くの人に伝えることを目的としています。Instagramでの情報発信や交流イベントを通じて、北欧の「知らなかった！」「面白い！」を日本のみなさんにお届けしています！
活動の根底にあるのは、「真の文化交流」というコンセプトです。日本人が文化を伝えるだけでなく、外国人の方々にも自身の愛する国の文化を発信できる場を提供し、双方向であるべき文化交流を実現します！
現在、日本人スタッフ7名が所属し、関東支部・関西支部の2拠点体制で運営しています！
We are Velkommen, a Nordic cultural exchange student organization!
We are excited to announce that we have officially become the second student division under the Japan Institute of Scandinavian Studies, alongside the student group Sweäters.
Founded in September 2024, our mission is to share the many charms of Norway—beyond just salmon and the northern lights—with a wider audience. Through Instagram posts and exchange events, we bring the “I never knew that!” and “That’s so interesting!” moments of Nordic culture to people in Japan.
At the heart of our activities is the concept of “genuine cultural exchange.” We believe cultural exchange should be two-way: not only do Japanese people share their culture, but we also provide opportunities for people from overseas to introduce the cultures of their own beloved home countries.
Currently, our team consists of seven Japanese members, operating from two branches—Kanto and Kansai.
